Our client is a market-payer in the financial services industry and they offer products covering loans, financing, investment advisory and wealth management. Their presence is reflected in the thousands of branches across India.

The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Providing resolution to customer complaints.

- Ensuring the productivity of the Team, SLAs of the department and adherence to complaints resolution TAT.

- Receiving, documenting, investigating and coordinating responses to complaints.

- Monitoring complaints and ensuring adherence to regulatory TAT.

- Coordinating with the Legal/Compliance team and facilitating input for case handling wherever required.

- Enhancing customer experience and reducing repeat complaints.

- Performing trend analysis on complaints, identifying preventive measures and preparing reports for periodic reviews.

The Profile :

- You have at least 2 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.

- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
