Looking for Customer Service Executive(Fresher)
Employment Type : Full-time
Location : Mumbai
Female candidates preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the client's data and providing resolutions to queries. You will also build a strong relationship with our clients by constantly engaging with them and providing quality service.
Responsibilities :
- Managing the client's confidential documents
- Preparing reports and sending them on periodic basis.
- Address and resolve queries and issues.
- Manage and build relationship with all vendors and get the work done with set timelines.
- Hand hold the client's investment transactions & update them on regular basis
- Reconciliation
Qualifications :
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service & operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A graduate with an understanding of financial services
- Strong public speaking & presentation skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Office tools
Level of education : Bachelor's Degree
