Executive - Customer Service - BFS (1-2 yrs)
we are looking for Customer Service Executive candidates who have been into Mutual Funds for at least one year.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:-
- Emails and Chats to be answered within the Stipulated time given
- Inbound/Outbound calls handling
- Follow Up with Calls if need to close the issues of the users
- Coordinate with the Operations team for the closure of user issues.
- Maintaining MIS for the queries responded
Desired Requirements:-
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in back office
- Knowledge of the Indian mutual funds' industry and regulations involved.
- Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good technical skills, preferred skills-MS Office, Visual Basic
- Preferably NISM or AMFI certified.
