Executive - Customer Service - Banking Process (0-1 yrs)
Position - Customer Service Executive - 24/7 SBI Process
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
- Work from Office
- Male Candidates only
- 9 hours shift - Rotational shift (24/7)
- Rotational Weekly - off
- Excellent communication skills - English along with any regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada)
Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails/ chats
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Route calls to appropriate resources, Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs and reports & Other duties as assigned
Customer Service Executive Qualifications and Skills :
- PUC, Graduate or equivalent
- Freshers / experienced in domestic call center can apply
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Salary Per month: Rs. 13231 + PF + ESI - Per month (CTC - 16231/- Per month)
