Profile : Customer Service Executive Service
- To Attend Delivery ceremony
- Post sales follow-up(Feedback call), Complaint resolving
- Delivery punching in GDMS(Portal).
- Handling customer's queries
- Reporting to Regional office (Mailing, Training's nomination in Hgoal)
- Warranty punching in Portal
- Maintain all the above records in soft copy and Also hard copy.
Location : Thane, Kalyan, Kurla, Andheri, Thane, Bhandup, Malad, Borivali
Salary : upto 20k plus incentives
