Position description :


- Customer Service Executive Location - Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore, INDIA Empathetic and can relate to customer needs & problems Vegnonveg is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our customer service department.


- Your primary objective will be to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction by proactively assisting and resolving any issues raised by our customers.


- As an ideal candidate, you should possess a proven track record of excellence in customer service, with a keen awareness of the latest industry trends and cutting-edge techniques.


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are imperative to excel in this role. What you need to bring to the 'fable' Skilled in problem-solving.


- Empathetic and con relate to customer needs and problems.


- Passionate about solving business and customer challenges while working cross- functionally.


- Comfortable with working in shifts.


- Innovative in written and verbal communication.


- Solving refund queries basis your RCA and exceptional problem-solving skills.

- Who we are looking for Handle emails, social media escalations and chat queries. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements :


- 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.


- Excellent written communication skills. Must be able to punctuate and capitalize properly.


- Post Graduate/ Graduate.


- Positive phone manner throughout the day.


- Strong computer and analytical skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
