Requirements

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative in USA Process

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening and able to understand US clients.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Actively involve in the growth of the organization and go the extra mile in being an overachiever

- Preference will be given to those who want to return to work after a career break

Responsibilities :

Customer Service Responsibilities list : 

- Manage incoming phone calls that reach the clinic board number.

- Generate sales leads whenever there is an opportunity.

- Speak to patients to fill in preliminary screening forms.

- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools & following process documents.

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Keep track of emails & respond to the patient queries

- Fix appointments based on calendar availability of the Doctor

- Keep records of customer/patient interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

- Take the extra mile to engage customers and be customer focussed.
