Executive - Customer Service (1-4 yrs)
- Handle all the Customer Queries via Calls, Emails, Chat & SMS, provide timely and accurate information
- Ability to Navigate between multiple sites to retrieve right information and provide it to the customer
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse and Logistics) to gather all necessary product information
- Attend all Process/Mandatory Trainings and complete certifications on time and in full
- Own, Handle and resolve all Customer queries and route Escalations in a timely manner
- Should be proficient in completion of assigned Tasks and SLA's on daily weekly and monthly basis, empower customer service through increased customer satisfaction and self help
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective collaboration, very deep understanding of call centre tools, systems and processes
- Strong process orientation and knowledge
