Executive - Customer Service (1-2 yrs)
Executive - Customer Service (Telugu)
Good control on Telugu Language Mandatory
- Answer calls, Live Chat & Emails professionally to provide information about products and services, resolve issues & set exemplary standards of service.
- Keep records & recording details of customer transactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Process withdrawal requests, complete KYC & create/complete Zoho task tickets.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate and timely actions are taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Make outbound phone calls to maximize sale/deposit conversion
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Extremely good oral communications skills in English and Hindi
- Basic MS Excel, word and email skills
- Ability to listen & solve customer issues
- Good interpersonal and writing skills
- Ability to handle pressure
