1- Should have zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up
2- Excellent with communication skills
3- Insurance background an added advantage.
4- Should have inbound call calling experience
5- Flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shifts)
6- Ok with undergraduate and 6 days working process
7- Rotational Shifts - Shifts starts from 7 am - 11 pm ( 9 hours shift ) and Rotational off.
