Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Gurugram
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle various customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.
- Achieve and maintain required performance metrics, such as response time and
customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service quality.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
