We are an audio dating app for Bharat! funded by Krafton, India Quotient, and Elevation Capital Dating in Bharat is broken. People do not have the right avenues to interact and begin their dating journeys, especially in tier - 2 and 3 India FRND provides a safe, secure, and fun environment for boys and girls to chat anonymously via audio streaming.

We are working on exciting growth and user activation problem statements, alongside revenue products like virtual gifting.

Position Overview :

As a Customer Success Associate with us , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our user base. Your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve user issues promptly and effectively. We are looking for a passionate and empathetic individual who can engage with our users, understand their concerns, and provide solutions that enhance their overall experience on the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Issue Resolution :

- Investigate and resolve user issues related to the platform promptly and efficiently.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and non-technical concerns.

Customer Engagement :

- Interact with users via various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to ensure a positive and supportive experience.

- Proactively reach out to users to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Documentation :

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of user interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

- Contribute to the development of a knowledge base to assist users in finding solutions independently.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay updated on the features and functionalities of the platform.

- Provide users with guidance on maximizing the benefits of the platform.

Qualifications :

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet.

- Empathy and patience in dealing with user concerns.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and technology is a plus.
