Candidates must have excellent communication skills, average computer skills, and the ability to solve the customer's queries quickly. For this, they are also required to have good listening skills and having a neutral accent.
Candidate Profile:-
- Passed 12th Standard
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (BE / B.tech /with relevant experience are eligible)
- Candidates with Backlogs and Year Down are also eligible.
- Experience: Minimum 6 Months experience in BPO's
- Shifts: Night Shifts (10PM-7AM) Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off.
- Facilities: Drop Facility for Night Shift
