Executive - Customer Sales - Healthcare (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Convert Leads into Appointments.
- Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.
- Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fixing the first consultation
- Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value
- Understand callers conditions and empathise helping them with appointments.
- Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.
