Executive - Customer Sales (0-1 yrs)
Job Role : Customer Sales Executive
Work Shift : Night Shift (6:30 pm to 4:00 am).
Full Job Description :
- Effectively perform outbound calls to the target prospects in defined geographies.
- Primarily responsible for calling to generate prospective leads into sales as per the Campaign requirements.
- Achieve daily/weekly / monthly Targets set by the Team lead.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Professional and able to make a great impression on the first call to convert prospects into Leads / Sales.
- Quick learner and easy to adapt to changes.
- Highly motivated and results oriented Tele sales experience preferred.
- Candidates preferred from a Collection Background who has skills in capturing info from US prospects.
Job Type : Full-time (6.30pm to 4.00am).
Working Days : 5 Days Working.
- 1st & 2nd Saturday Working (Half Day).
- 3rd & 4th Saturday off / Sunday Fixed off.
Qualifications : 12th + (Preferred).
Experience :
- Fresher & experienced both can apply with Excellent Communication.
- Drop facility is provided only till Malad station.
Shift : Night Shift
Required Skills : Fluent English (For conversation with US Clients).
- Experienced candidates are requested to apply for this role.
- Fresher may apply if they are confident in dealing with US clients and able to reach a minimum target.
- No customer service experience candidate
- Only less than 6month Customer Service experience candidates can apply.
- Any sales experience in Domestic / International process candidate can apply.
- Training Period : 1Week to 2week
