JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and increase attendance at trade shows and exhibitions

- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from previous events

- Maintain and update a database of potential attendees

- Communicate with individuals and companies to promote the event and its features, answer questions, and persuade them to attend

- Provide information about registration, pricing, schedules, and other relevant details

- Follow up with attendees after the event to gather feedback and assess satisfaction

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to increase attendance and achieve event goals

- Attend team meetings and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes

- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using computer software and database management tools

ELIGIBILITY

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required (Female candidate is preferred)

- Additional certification or training in sales or customer service is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS

- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon -Fri)

- Work from the office

- May require sitting for extended periods and making repetitive calls

- May require working evenings and weekends to accommodate potential attendees in different time zones

- May require occasional travel to attend trade shows or events
