Opening for Retention Executive

Job Location: Bangalore

Purpose of the Role :

Responsible for ensuring increase in Retention and reduction in churn. Identifies new opportunities to drive growth and leads new initiatives to further drive customer retention for the organization.

Role Description :

- Responsible to design and ensure implementation of retention process in the company

- Prepare and submit annual retention plan and budget to management covering retention and deactivation

- Analyze repeat complaints and suggest permanent solution leading to high degree of customer satisfaction

- Design and implement deactivation process

- Achieve the collection targets through external vendors

- Support and manage team consistently by analyzing training needs and developmental needs

- develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.

- To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectations is met.

- To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.

- To support the service team by providing customer feedback.

- To develop good client relationships.

- To provide reports as per the requirement.

- To assist with debt collection

Educational Qualification :

- Any Graduate (Any stream)

- Experience of a minimum of 2 years in Broadband Customer Retention
 
Knowledge & Skills Required :

- Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to negotiate with the clients

- Ability to achieve targets

- Computer Skills
