The Job

Your Responsibilities will include : 

- Understands and follows college procedures.

- Handle incoming queries on phone, email, online chat

- Make outgoing calls, send e-mails to follow up with students

- Maintain and update the database of all the inquiries

- Fee tracking and follow up.

- Any other activity that may be required to build good student relationships.

- Maintain daily individual work tracker

- Check, revise and complete students- assessment and submit it to concern person

- Other duties reasonably relating to this position

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Open to calling and back-end activities

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required:

- Excellent English (both oral and written)

- Good communicator

- University degree or equivalent

- Good level of common office software (O365 - word, outlook, excel)

- Problem Solving Skill

Prior Knowledge : About Australia - Country/ Education System/ Job Opportunities/ VISA and etc; fresher is acceptable only if the candidate possesses high sales and intellectual skills

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
