Executive - Customer Relationship - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)
Requirements and skills :
- Greet clients warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during their on-site visits.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the real estate offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Actively listen to client concerns and address them promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the real estate process.
- Update clients on the status of their transactions and provide relevant information.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Ensure a hospitable and comfortable atmosphere for clients visiting the site.
- Coordinate and oversee amenities such as refreshments, waiting areas, and other hospitality services.
- Implement creative ideas to enhance the overall client experience.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of any challenges clients may encounter.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences.
- Assist in the preparation of relevant documentation for transactions and client records.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
