Executive - Customer Relationship - Real Estate (1-6 yrs)
- Make outbound calls to increase site visits efficiently
- Promptly follow up on appointments fixed/site visits arranged
- Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct/make calls
- Generate leads through active and passive database (through churning and outbound calling)
- Mine leads from campaign calls landing in the call centre
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Work closely with Business development/Sales team for Client appointments and achieve conversion/empanelment targets
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required
- Periodic reporting to Management.
