Executive - Customer Relationship - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)

JOB ROLE:

- Converts inquiries into sales by making outbound telephone calls.

- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; Influences customers to buy product by following a prepared script to give project reference information.

- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Making outbound call to prospective clients.

- Providing details of projects.

- Daily Sales Reporting.

- Lead analysis and updating of all projects.

- Generating appointments & meetings for business development team.

- Generate leads/prospects over the phone-Maintain Reports.

- Making effective follow ups with all customers.

Excellent communication Skills required (English or Hindi)

Job Details:

Salary: Upto 20K PM
