- Age: 28-32 years
Experience :
- 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / CRM activities with reputed companies.
- Good experience in Ecommerce business will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record and strong analytical, communication, inter-personal / networking skills, business acumen are essential requirements
Job:
- The candidate shall be working closely with the sales & marketing team and will be reporting to the Divisional Head. He will be responsible for building strong and long term customer relationship. He should constantly identify opportunities to enhance key customer base.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining good relationship with key customers
- Identifying customer demands and requirements
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Utilize online social media platforms to engage customers and provide quick assistance
- Managing the web portal application
- Back-end integration with service providers
- Conduct effective surveys and obtain customer feedback and suggestions for effective service. Proactively strive actions based on customer feedback.
- Organize campaigns to create product awareness, increase customer base and generate returns.
