Executive - Customer Relationship - BPO (0-3 yrs)
Urgent requirement for Customer Relationship Executive (Inbound voice process) position with leading company based at Hyderabad.
Work Location - Hi-Tech City
Interview Location - Chaitanyapuri, Dilsukhnagar
Salary - Rs. 13,000/- per month (Take home salary 11,000 /- + PF + Medical Insurance + Huge Incentives + Other benefits as applicable by the company.
Languages Known - English and Hindi

Point pick up & drop facility (shuttle) is provided for Phone banking officers employed during the day to the nearest railway station.
Home Pick up & Drop facility (Cab) is provided to employees working in night shifts & early morning shifts i.e. post 9:00 pm till 7:00 am.
Note :
1. We need candidates who can join immediately.
2. 5 days a week working (Monday to Friday)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone
- Providing customers with relevant product and service information
- Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone
Skills Required :
- Fluency in spoken English & Hindi both is a must criteria (Candidates who are fluent only in English or only in Hindi would not meet the role criteria.
- A combination of both languages is required)
