Executive - Customer Relationship - BPO (0-2 yrs)
- A customer relations executive is an upper management customer service employee who oversees all interactions between a company and its customers. These employees manage and develop strategies for building relationships and aim to provide a consistent, positive experience to every customer.
1. Listening to customers concern and handling complaints and return.
2. Giving detailed explanation of services and products.
3. Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.
4. Communicating with customers in person, through email or chat, over the phone or the social media.
Qualifaction : 12th/Graduation
Profile : Customer Relationship Executive
Salary : For Freshers 15k including ESI + Good incentives + Bonus for good attendance
