Executive - Customer Relationship - Bank (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Involved in dealing for the customers.
2. Advising the clients for the stock market related tips.
3. Analyzing the market movements and updating the clients for the same.
4. Acquisition of the clients on after market hours on a limited basis.
5. Interests in Financial Market.
6. Should have knowledge of equity & share markets
7. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and by email
8. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
9. Building and maintaining self-client database.
10. Educating the customers on the products & Services.
11. Candidate must have the knowledge of IPO, Stock Broking, Mutual Fund, Equity & Commodity market etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: - 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Stock Broking Company is must.
