- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our Ayurvedic Clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our clinic. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations

- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions

- Develop and implement customer service strategies and programs to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences

- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer feedback and suggestions

- Maintain accurate client records and update customer profiles regularly

- Plan and organize events, workshops, and programs to engage and educate clients on Ayurvedic practices and products

- Maintain knowledge of Ayurvedic practices and products and be able to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements :

- Female candidates preferred

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Ayurvedic practices and products is a plus

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
