Executive - Customer Relationship (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
4. Responsible for handling the front office work
5. The individual also generates sales enquires
6. Supports service functions then follow up calls for after sales service.
Minimum Qualification : Graduate degree or diploma in any discipline
Experience : Any sales experience of minimum 1 year
