Job Description :
1. Maintaining business relations with customer.
2. Tele calling customer regarding their queries and follow-up's.
3. Interacting with customers in person till the relevant employee arrives.
4. Maintaining records in CRM Software.
5. Other tasks related to your title not mentioned above
6. Creating and maintaining ambience in the stores to improve customer experience
7. Carry out regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients on a regular basis to source business
