Our client is an online professionally managed organization, providing all sorts of services relating to documentation. With their motto of 'simplifying lives', their offerings are designed to cater to both domestic and corporate audiences thus providing documentation support that is needed on a day to day life.
You will be responsible for :
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.
- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, CRM Manager or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
