The Job :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned, converting the leads to sale by cold calling and educating prospects about he product.
- Listening to the customers' need and suggesting the right product
- Selling subscriptions over the phone and achieve targets, set quality parameters explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
Ideal Candidate
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Great interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
