Executive - Customer Relations - Real Estate (0-2 yrs)
1. Timely payment & collections from the customers as per the booking form and work progress.
2. Handling customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
3. Interaction with customers face to face, Emails & over phone.
4. Experience in preparing property registration related documents.
5. Liasoning with customers and advocates for registration.
6. Follow up with customers for registrations.
7. Work Related to Agreements.
8. Interact with financial institutions for providing documentation.
9. Maintaining and updating records of Customer interactions.
10. Pre-deliver Inspections before handover.
11. To Liaison with departments like Projects, PPMS, Legal and Accounts.
12. Facilitate customer for registration and other legal related documentation.
13. Ability to handle irate customers.
