Executive - Customer Relation - Logistics Firm (1-4 yrs)

- Adherence to all environment, health, safely, security measure for people, properly, cars.

- Effective communication with sales on any customers related query/issue.

- Coordinate with accounts department to clear the Gate pass and sending the cleared gatepass to Delivery department. Handling all telephone related calling as per principals norms.

- Introduces relevant members to the customers during delivery of the vehicle.

- PVF-1 Proper timely calling, capturing VOC and resolving any queries

- PTF-1 apprehension/ doubts/ queries/ issues.

- Managing all findings, sharing with relevant heads and preparing list of repeated offenders.

- Timely synopsis, analysis of PVF, PTF, Contract calling, PSF & 21st day calling (all Min. 80% target).

- Keeping Delivery bags ready & Sending EW/ RSA to the customers.

- Highlighting any select sales personnel having more complaints.

- Informing respective department for which complaint is generate.

- Works with all dealership departments to achieve team goals.

- Resolve all customers complaints by ensuring regular follow-up with other departments.

- Maintain highest professional representation.

- Adherence to all environment, health, safely, security measure for people, properly, cars.

- Handling all telephone related calling as per principal's norms.

- Introduces relevant members to the customers during delivery of the vehicle.

- Maintain highest professional representation

- Taking discount approvals from HOD's

- Login bookings, punching accessories in EDMS.

- Checking customer documents properly before giving file for invoicing to accounts department.

- Coordination with all departments in case of any query raised before invoicing.

- Coordinate with Insurance & Rto Department for registration process.

- Maintaining car invoice register and updating on daily basis.

- Daily updating to Customer Relation Manager, EDMS file login. Invoicing, Vehicle number.

- Coordinating for Tax pay with account dept. & for Full Payment received details with Business analyst for further process.

- Coordinating with Stockyard Incharge for transport POD copy-
