Executive - Customer Relation (1-3 yrs)
Currently we are hiring for Customer Relation Executive for Pune location .
Experience : 1 to 3 yrs
Job Responsibility :
1. Required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons; take orders, answer enquires, resolve complaints and provide information.
2. Must be proficient in MS office and have a working knowledge of client relationship management .
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Building relationship with customer care team members to maximise team productivity.
5. Monitoring customer and staff interactions using client relationship management software.
