- Education Qualification - Graduate, BA/B. Com
- Location - Gurgaon
- Profile - Work on Business Operations activities like
- Understanding of bill payment / presentment flow, insurance process flow, rent payment cycle
- Understanding of tools, systems to use
- Make changes in customer data
- Liaison with banks/payment service providers/3rd party service providers
- Customer query resolution
- customer interaction over chat, Whats App, email, phone in English language
- Experience - Freshers to 2 years- experience
- Candidate will undergo a training of 2-4 weeks to understand the processes and tools.
