They aim to empower married women by offering relatable content in multiple native languages and providing a platform for them to connect and influence each other. They currently have a strong community and have seen millions of app downloads and website visits.
The Job :
This will be a remote role and will require you to :
- Call customers for 200-250 minutes/day and managing 70-100 calls/day
- Be comfortable with Browsers, EMail, Microsoft Office tools, Google suite, etc.
- Have an energetic, confident, and friendly personality
- Handle escalated issues related to ecommerce business operations
- Ensure positive customer experience
The Profile :
- You are fluent in Hindi and one other language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam Bengali/Gujarati) to be able to communicate with customers in the region
- You have a laptop and good internet connection at home.
- You are organized and have good communication skills.
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You have sound computer skills (Word & Excel).
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
