Job Description:
- Connect with existing client with zero transaction in the trading & DEMAT account.
- Quickly identify and own customer issues
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency on call
- Connect with the internal team and get the issue resolve and provide end to end solution to the clients
- Out-calling and identifying reason of negative feedback on online survey like NPS,C-sat and other complaint portals and get them resolved.
- Cater for paid services like - Relationship manager- to create a single point of contact for clients.
- Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers.
- Making quality decisions
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
