Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for providing quality customer service through the use of voice technology. This position will provide call routing and customer engagement through the use of voice recognition and natural language processing technologies. Additionally, this position will provide support for customer interactions through the use of call center automation tools.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of our telephone calls. They will be screening calls to make sure they are in line with our standards, and will be resolving any issues that may arise.
- Responsible for providing customer service for the company through the use of telephone and chat facilities. This position requires the ability to handle inquiries in a polite, pleasant, and timely manner. The voice process must also be able to respond quickly to inquiries and remain polite and courteous even under difficult or challenging circumstances.
- Responsible for generating and delivering voice content to the web site. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all voice content is of the highest quality and meets the needs and expectations of the customer base. This position will require a good understanding of web site design and layout, and a working knowledge of voice production software.
