Required education :Graduate, Under Graduate, B.Tech, High school or equivalent
Job Description:-
1. Locations for the position of BPO/Call Center/ Customer Care Executive :Bangalore
2. Responsibilities for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive :
3. The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.
4. The candidate should be able to understand the clients complaints and work upon resolving them.
5. The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing with customers to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
6. Skills for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive :
7. Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
8. Selected candidates will have to work Night shifts.
9. Both freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply
10. Candidate should have good client servicing skills
11. Candidate should have good communication skills dealing with international clients
12. Educational requirements for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive :
13. High School/Graduates/B Tech/Dropouts
14. Salary for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive :14000-20000 FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO
