Executive - Customer Care - Voice Process - BPO (0-2 yrs)
We are hiring for Domestic and International customer care executives (voice process).
Looking for candidates with good communication skills and efficient in interaction over call both with new and existing clients. The candidate should have an ability to understand the customer queries and provide necessary solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The candidate should respond calls professionally and understand the queries.
- Provide the right solutions of the queries received.
- Obtain maximum details from the customer and record them in an organised way.
- Maintain data of the case for future references.
- Followup regularly with the customer.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should be a good listener and should be active in resolving problems.
- Ability to handle calls and challenging customer queries.
