Executive - Customer Care - Voice Process - BPO (0-1 yrs)

Process : Zomato ODM ( voice - inbound outbound both )

- As a BPO Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls on behalf of our client's organization. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries and issues

- Identifying customer needs and upselling products or services where appropriate

- Maintaining customer records and updating databases

- Meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards

- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

- Participating in training sessions and coaching sessions to improve your skills and performance

Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills, with a clear and confident voice

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and typing speed

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience :

- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO voice process

- Familiarity with call center equipment, including headsets and telephony software

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- Experience in handling customer escalations and resolving complaints is an added advantage

Working Hours :

- Flexible working hours, including night shifts and weekends may be required

- Full-time (5days working)

Salary and Benefits :

CTC : 15606

- In hand 15000

- 2500 travel allowance
