- Job Description Deals with Customer Care, brand support, Antivirus Support, Printer support, OS support /Mac Support etc.

- Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers for Selling of Online Technical Support Subscription for Window based Computers/ Laptops to Help clients who have issues with their computer and peripherals.

- Troubleshooting issues related to BSD, networking, email accounts, antivirus Up sell different unlimited tech support plans (AMC)Excellent Communication Skill Freshers & Experience in Technical Sales Process (International BPO)

- Candidates should be comfortable working in 24/7 environment. (Rotational Shift/offs) and Should be a team player.

- Age Limit - 18 Yrs to 29 Yrs.

- Education - Undergraduate / Graduate - Any Stream/Post Graduate Add-On Both sides cabs Good Salary Package. & Huge Incentives.
