Job Responsibilities :
- Interact and help special inquiries and customer requests on calls where customers need detailed understanding of offered pathology tests.
- Answering phones and explaining the pathology tests packages and services offered by the company. Asking questions to the client and understanding their specifications.
- Maintaining the database of the client on a regular basis.Coordinate with internal departments to provide customer support from inquiry to service.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
- Experience in healthcare or wellness industry will be a plus.
- Should be able to speak good English.
- Should be polite and patient in attitude
