The Job :
- We are hiring a Customer Care Executive.
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Training timing (9 PM to 6 AM)
- Domestic voice process
- 9 Hours of shift, 6 Days working
- Work from Office in Location : Indore
- Need immediate joiners

Skills Required :
- Experience/Fresher both can apply
Education Qualification : 12th And above
- Domestic Process
- Excellent Verbal English Communication in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
