Executive - Customer Care - Logistics (0-1 yrs)
Hiring for one of the leading national reverse logistics companies located in Gurgaon .

Job Role : Customer Care Executive
Location : Gurgaon
Experience : 0 to 1 Year(Freshers can apply)
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling of existing customers.
- Follow up with the Sales Team, existing customers, Operations, Accounts or Delivery destinations to ensure the deliveries or pick-ups.
- Developing good relationships with the customers.
- MIS report maintaining for all the customers and updating it regularly with the status.
- Resolving customer's escalated cases.
- Vendor Management
- Follow up with courier partners for deliveries or pick-ups.
- Resolving customer's issues on chat.
- Keep the customer informed about each and every consignment while on the route for destination by proper tracking
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
