Executive - Customer Care - Internet/Online (1-3 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Care Executive for our client. Our client is one of the India's leading consumer Electronics Brand, makes quality affordable and high quality range of products for mobile electronics.The products are popular in customers all over world and easily available online.

As a customer service representative, you will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients- customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction

- Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

- Responding customers over the phone, email, mail or social media

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Keep record of daily activities in excel sheets

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- Take the extra mile to engage customers

- Responsible for daily handover report to HOD.

Qualification : 

- 0.6 years to 2 years of professional experience as Customer care executive/Customer Service Manager/Field Service Representative/Help Desk Specialist

- Excellent in English communication (Written as well as verbal).

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
