Executive - Customer Care - Internet/Online (0-2 yrs)

Interview Timing- 10 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities
1. Calling out customers and responding to their calls for order placement, refunds, doubts related to any product, etc
2. Maintaining reports related to customers interacted under various categories.
Requirements
1. Minimum SSC Pass/ Graduate.
2. Around 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience desired.
3. Very strong verbal communication skills In ENGLISH/ HINDI and at least average writing skills in English.
- Shift Timing- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- 5 Days working
- Salary between 10K to 15K (CTC)
