Executive - Customer Care - International Voice Process - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Huge openings for customer care executive in international BPO for inbound voice process
Job Roles:
Associates will get call related to the issues of the computer like pop calls, error code messages, antivirus issues, issues of Mac laptops etc. They need to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
- Candidates with min 1 yr experience in sales process in international BPO.
- HS pass or any graduate.
- Should speak English fluently.
- Good convincing power.
- Should be able to join immediately and flexible to work in any shift.
Should Know to close Calls.
Salary: INR 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.+ attractive Incentives
