A dynamic professional - minimum 10+2 educational qualification.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 6 Months Experience in an inbound and outbound process with an International BPO/ITES.
- Preferably experienced candidates may apply.
- Fresher's candidates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
- Salary 35k to 55k with performance based incentives (for experienced candidates).
- Transport service provided.
- Meal at work.
- 5 Days working culture.
JOB PROFILE:
- Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support.
- Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
- Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.
- Open to feedback & learning.
