Executive - Customer Care - Inbound & Outbound Process (0-2 yrs)
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Adept at effectively handling customers and addressing their needs.
- Capable of making 140-160 calls per day.
- Willingness to work six days a week, which includes Saturdays and Sundays, with one weekday off.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi languages.
- Previous experience in tele-calling, with a minimum of 3 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Delivering a scripted pitch to customers and customizing it to suit individual needs.
- Handling outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback on customers' experiences with our services.
- Collecting and recording customer details, such as names, addresses, and phone numbers, for further processing.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Tele-calling and being fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database regularly.
- Making calls to customers from the database and ensuring accurate record management.
- Providing customers with basic and accurate information during calls.
