- Our Client is the largest diagnostic network in Chennai with a "A Single Online Platform for all your Healthcare Needs". We are providing Lab Tests, Scans, Doctor, Dietitian, Physiotherapist & Nursing Services.

The Job

Your Responsibilities will includes :

- Responding to queries and providing assistance for questions and problems.

- Utilizes knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and alerts supervisor or lead worker when there is confusion or absence of information to answer particular questions.

- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.

- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Retail Sales role, ideally with Healthcare industry.

- You possess excellent verbal communication skills.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
